I agree: BLACKSSTORM/PAGAN ASSAULT Demo is really awfull. Noktu sent a promo tape to me to write a review, like I did for the two VASSAFOR Demos, but I never sent the paper to him... too bad, too bad... !

For me the Torgeist LPs and the Vlad Tepes/Torgeist Split were quite unamusing. They bored me out.

TJSUDER : boring stuff , with some good parts though, but no real songs ;

WATAIN : the second album is uninspired MAYHEM and DISSECTIOn rip-off, without effective songs, they're the Swedish NEHEMAH in a way...

And about demos, I haven't listened to all, but I judge them as demos, not as full albums.

most weak releases of drakkar were on tape format: SVARTKRIG, PAGAN ASSAULT/BLACKSSTORM, ANXIETY, HIVER NOIR (ugh!), ANIMUS HERILIS, among few others, are not impressive at all.

probably a lot will disagree, but I also don"t like VERMETH, "your ruin".

and about NUNSLAUGHTER 7"ep, I just couln't see the point of releasing it; I mean, that's good death metal, ok, but since they release a live/rehearsal vynil every week, that was a worthless one, IMO

Arg... The 2 first Watain albums are killer. Unoriginal but effective. The latest 3nd one sounds like commercial crap in comparison.
