About this 'GrafvonFeigur' individual...

It has come to my attention that a certain 'GrafVonFeigur' has been going about that my label, Transcendental Creations, rips off people. Let me put a few things straight:

- Only 1 week after having placed his order, this guy asked us why his package had not arrived (airmail packages from Canada to France rarely take 1 week to arrive)
- We tried to explain to him, after having sent him proof that his t-shirt was sent, that once a package leaves our hands, we do not have control over what the postal system does with it. But since he did not want to reason with us and started threatening us that we are rip-offs, it became quite clear that it was impossible to deal with such a person. We asked him to wait more than 1 or 2 weeks, at which point we would send another t-shirt if he did not receive it by then, but since we are in the day and age where youngsters must have everything HERE and NOW, he did not want to listen and started once again insulting us, hence leading the potential discussion towards a dead end.

Luckily, 99 % of the packages we send to France arrive safely and soundly in a reasonable amount of time and we only encounter this type of customer every 2-3 years.
We deal with everyone in a professional way, and this has been the case for many years. If anyone experiences problems with orders or whatever, we will gladly find a solution to the problem that is to the advantage of both parties. If, however, you do not contact us or you act like a child, then there is no point in going on. Qu'on le sache.

Sending non registered packages to third world countries such as France is dangerous nowadays. The Postal service here is not reliable at all. Non registered packages are often opened and items are stolen. It seems that the French post hire uncompetent people.
Drakkar send only first class registered packages everywhere in the world to avoid such kind of troubles.

Such cowardice shows once again how your lack of serious won't push me to order again on your label. First I've waited 11 days before asking you if my address was not cut because of its lenghtness, explaining why I had not received anything. You've always told me that you are not responsible about the loss of orders and that you were opening an inquiry and you've never contacted me again. (Never heard about any plan to send a new package to my address) You finally sent me a scanned proof after 1,5 month of email exchanges, no insults came from my side, just suspiscion. I repeat that I am not satisfacted with your label...

First get some nuts and reveal your identity, i want to know who I'm talking to. Second, great if this point is the only that can be cricticised. And third, va te faire mettre.

Oui je connais bien exekkutioner et il n'y a pas de soucis. Le fake est certainement un débile frustré qui n'a pas les couilles d'ouvrir sa gueule en présence de celestia.. Qu'il vienne nous voir au prochain concert si il y a un souci.

Le fake Exekkutioner, c'est encore Fabrice Szatan btw.
