ok, and so I'll also add that I will not take orders by email, I will not check availability of items, and I will not make changes to orders that have been paid for.
Now why I won't do any of that? we are overloaded with orders to process and ship. The easier and simpler the transaction the faster we can get your orders shipped out. Plus quite franckly I really can't afford to lose the time which is why we specified FIRST COME - FIRST SERVED.
The stock available on the webshop is in REAL time. Which means that if you see it on the shop than it's available for purchase but in the meantime some one else can purchase the same item.
Now why can't we guarantee availability? Items are deducted from stock only at reception of payment and this is a manual process.
Last point: as we are submerged with order, what used to take us up to 48h to process an order, is now taking us up to 5 days. We hadn't expected it would be such a success!
