-Klozed Circle - Are they "bootleging" Drakkar Pro

I was searching a Malicious Secrets tape in the internet when I found this site with some Celestia and Decayed Tapes: http://geocities.yahoo.com.br/klozedcircle/home.htm , go in the link Kultz in the site menu... to see the tapes!
I think they are doing some Bootleg here in Brazil...
My question is : Are they doing bootlegs or this tapes are oficial?
