Bought from me rare tape, 2 weeks after the dispatch he placed paypal claim that he still haven't received it. After my scanned and on-line receipt with tracking information he closed the case and opened it again as "item not as described"... He wrote me back that the tape is broken. I asked for picture... No answer since my last message.
