| Vlad Tepes (r.i.p) statement :
After more than 15 years of hibernative supervision of what would eventually happen to our spawn Vlad Tepes, this project which was at the time meant to return to Darkness was in fact hardly sought after, some ready to spend hundreds for it, it spread like desease, « thanks » to the human nature and internet technology which instead of eradicating this testimony of the truth to come, just ran after it like insects after a too bright and burning light.
Well, Vlad Tepes will all the same return to Darkness, sooner or later, but now it is time for me to take back the inheritance I left uncultivated behind me, seed for many bootleggers trying to revive this once was Darkness (or their purse should I say)... I'm taking back all this, even if I have (and will) use the human tools available to me. I'm taking back what is mine, for the ones who would think they could own and distribute our Art were far worth doing it.
For all the ones still feeling worthy, after almost 20 years of wait, expecting, digging rumors, listening to and appreciating xxxth generations bootlegged copies of our work (what a shame), just stand still as your wait will soon come to an end for I will make our Black Legions Metal work Vlad Tepes available in its still unreleased true shape.
For that you'll assist to the spawn of a new tool of mine I named VarvLoar1476 through which all the future releases, with the precious help of Drakkar Productions, will unleash again all the despise of what Black Metal (r.i.p) has become, as foreseen 20 years ago ; finally the image of what the bigger part of humanity is, cancer of this earth, happy to get straight into the wall...
Some of you certainly wondered what was approved until now for label release, here it is :
« War Funeral March » 1st 1994 demo cassette with FullMoon prod. Limited to 1000.
Vlad Tepes/Bèlkètre « March to the Black Holocaust » 1995 TE02 Split-CD with Embassy prod. Limited to 1000 hand-numbered copies.
« War Funeral March » 1996 TE03 MCD re-issue with Embassy prod. Limited to 500.
Torgeist/Vlad Tepes « Black Legions Metal » 1996 Split, DKCD02 + DKLP09 re-issues with Drakkar prod.
That's all ! Everything else you'll find is not approved and doesn't contain original material at all !
Our second demo « Celtic Poetry » was not sold, only traded or given. The same with our third demo « Dans Notre Chute... ». The same with our fourth and epitaph demo « Morte Lune ». It exists less than ten original copies of this last one which were only given, not traded (which owner didn't respect our will not to spread this at the time ? Anyway, this doesn't matter anymore today).
The same goes for our other intermediate works (The Return of the Unweeping I & II -this last one often wrongly called « rehearsal '95 or '96 »-, Into Frosty Madness, & Black Legions Metal cover demo -often wrongly called « The Black Legions »-).
Now Drakkar Productions, one and only and no other, has been given the right to distribute our works as they historically believed and truly supported us and our choices for 20 years. So the re-issues of « March to the Black Holocaust » & « War Funeral March » are approved as well.
Consider all the other early 2013 Drakkar releases as intermediate semi-official releases.
Of course, all of what is coming will be « official » and definitive, sourced and remixed/remastered from my own 4 tx master tapes, necessarily protected by human (and worldwide) laws as I don't have nuclear power under my finger to prevent from that. Nobody can put a copyright on Darkness, but on a fucking record, we can !
Don't search for bootlegs anymore, don't spend hundreds for shit anymore ! We'll make it simple for all of you seeking after us, there will finally be only one source for all Vlad Tepes material : Drakkar ! Wlad Drakksteim | |

| After all these years the Incarnation of Vlad Tepes, emerges from his kingdom of darkness. If it wasn't for Original issuing of Embassy Productions in 1995 on CD. March to the Black Holocaust (split) Vlad Tepes / Belkètre ( Galliano's , Old Label ) None of the human masses, wouldn't of ever heard of us. However. The creativity and belonging of pure rotten metal darkness comes from the very essence, of the forth audio crime on CD. In True Black Legions Spirit . Vlad Tepes / Torgeist Split . The very essence of Rotten Metal Darkness .
I will not support the modern releases of Black Legions past projects given to the Human masses ever! mark my words.
