| MÜTIILATION, Vampires...
NAHASH , Wellone Aeternitas
HIRILORN , Legends of Evil and Eternal Death
and the second GBK album and WARLOGHE's first one aren't far behind.
EDIT: ALTAR OF PERVERSION's one is surely the best post-2000 Drakkar release. Along with the GRIMA MORSTUA EP. And the ARGHOSLENT album! Arghhhhhhhh! _________________ Scrutare et vide quia propheta a Galilaea non surgit!

I've actually hesitated to quote this one as one of the worse drakkar releases... But I guess I'm kinda biased, as I really hate the way the band is going. |

| Do you judge the music or the band's attitude? (yes, I know both are bound)
Casus Luciferi is just a great DeMysteriisDomSathanas rip-off, talentuously executed. |

| I don't mind arrogance, if it can be backed by something that makes you different, original, innovative, whatever you call it.
Being a copycat of a band (no matter how much talent is involved in there) isn't a reason good enough in my opinion.
EDIT : That doesnt mean that I despise everything linked to Watain. I do appreciate the Rabid Deathcurse album and I quite like Erik's artworks for various bands |

| In fact, I've just listened to some songs from Rabid Death's Curse, and I largely prefer Casus Luciferi.
The latest album Sworn to the Dark seems to sound like mainstream black metal, + showbiz attitude and imagery. |

| Mutiilation - Black Millennium is my favorite, by far. Watain's Rabid Death's Curse was great, but I can't get into the other stuff at all. | Quote: | 1- interfektor demo I 2- altar of perversion CD 3- watain - CD I |
Go find me a drummer somewhere on this miserable planet and there'll be an entire album of that sort of Interfektor material. heheheh |
