Hails !!There's Alots of extreme Black/death band existed in SABAH(East Malaysia)back in late's 80's and early 90's!But extreme metal scene overthere dead in 94.dunno why but most probably because of lack of promotion or perhaps because of the new trends in music at that time(when the modern alternative rock music taken place of the metal scene..FUCK!!)..
The old band from east M'sia you should check out is NECROHELL(1987-1995),EVIL MASSACRE(1989-1993),MAYYATH(1990-1994),DARK POWER(1989-1993)This is all hailling from the northern part of Borneo Island(Sabah,Labuan EAST MALAYSIA)!Of course there's more exotic band which too many to be include in here!HAILS EXTREME METAL SCENE FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD!!!

I can only mention some bands from my country chile wich I think are awesome

KRUCIFIXION: this band released 3 demos... 2 of them fuckin awesome. they now changed their name to DETHRONER but, even if they still play death metal, it a little bit too complicated and technic for my taste... anyway check these KRUCIFIXION demos: "DEATHSHADOWED" and "INFERNAL DOOM"

DOMINUS: "DESENCADENANDO LAS NEGRAS PROFECIAS DE LOS ANCESTROS" (demo)fucking amazing satanic death metal

DOMINUS XUL: "THE PREMIGENI XUL" CD basically the same band as DOMINUS... one of my favorite releases from chile, satanic death metal a la INCANTATION

CRANIAL: "HAPPYNESS ANTITHESIS" (demo) Even if i hate grindcore this band is really cool... playing live they blow your hair away!

INQUISICION: every single fuckin release from this band is absolutely a fucking heavy metal masterpiece!!! however my favorite album is "STEEL VENGEANCE"

AND SOME OTHER BANDS WORTH CHECKING OUT: MISERYCORE, DEMONIC RAGE, MISA NEGRA, ATOMICIDE.

I can recommend you two very good bands from Mexico City.
Evil Poetry is a black/death metal act. They have released recently their first album "Letheus nocturnus".
A good album quite original with some acoustic parts.

Septic Moon started as a brutal raw black metal band.
I strongly recommend you their first demo "Eternal Oath to the Goat".
This release is fuckin'great !
More original than Evil poetry also with some acoustic parts.

Their second demo is quite disappointing. It is more death metal orientated but the songs are still good.
The leader of these bands is a friend of mine, he is the owner of abm records.

Is this "Eternal Oath to the Goat" a release which is still available? I would like to hear it!

Yeah ! I think that it is still available.
In fact, this demo was produced by the band in 2002 and it was released by ABM Records one year later with a different artwork in CD-R .
I can give you the mail adress of Shadowbuilder if you want the release but before, I advise you to hear some samples in their website.

What I heard was average Raw Black Metal with melancholic tunes, nothing bad but not really original and convincing. It's ok.

Yes I've got this Album in CD, this is a (un)pure massacre! The singer is REALLY possessed. He should vomit a lot of blood after a gig. The music is in fact in the vein of Blasphemy.

There is a very Evil interview in the last Foedus Aeternus Zine (#12) in french.

Ammit from Chile, a band to know. I've got all the albums, and the last is the best. Extremly raw thrash black metal.
Funereal Moon from Mexico, strange black metal. But I'm not fan.
Hell Bell, the project of the Funereal moon leader.
Behalf Fiend from Brazil, primitve black metal. I'm also not a fan of this band...
Hadez of course, the old Peruvian death metal band.
Typhon from Colombia, a kind of raw thrash metal. I've a bootleg split tape with Blasfemia from the same country.
